Finally, a Way to
Ease the Pain of a Breakup
in Minutes, Without Having to Drown Your Sorrow

It’s true.

There’s a new and different way for you to quickly start feeling better when you are going through the hell of a breakup.

It’s called Effortless Self-Compassion™.

And it’s very different from the common breakup advice you’re likely familiar with. It allows you to feel better by tapping into your natural ability for self-compassion.

And as you’ll see, self-compassion feels comfortable and very natural. We were all born with this ability and have simply forgotten how to do it.

Unlike most coping mechanisms that numb and prolong the pain, Effortless Self-Compassion™ allows you to connect with your emotions, feel better almost instantly and heal more quickly.

Self-compassion can bring clarity and perspective at every stage of the breakup. And even if you usually find it difficult or uncomfortable to discuss your emotions, self-compassion feels comfortable and very natural.

So, if you want to feel better quickly, you want to pay close attention to what I’m about to share with you.

I was sick and tired of
feeling sick and tired...

I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired...

Hi, my name is Juuso Voltti.

When my previous relationship ended, I was devastated. I began the downward spiral of sadness, self-loathing, depression, and all the other things that arise with being dumped by someone you thought you would be with forever.

Several months into it, I was just plain sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I was feeling lonely, hopeless, and completely stuck.

For a long time, I had no idea my own self-critical tendencies were making my situation worse. They were also keeping me stuck.

I had been interested in the concept of self-compassion for years, but it had never clicked for me. I had read books and done self-compassion exercises, but it all seemed theoretical. The exercises did seem to make sense, but none of them translated into practical changes in my life and how I felt.

The turning point for me was when I learned a new way to relate to my difficult emotions.

Suddenly everything I had learned about self-compassion made sense. And this new way of practicing self-compassion was completely effortless.

As soon as I learned how to connect with my emotions, they started to change on their own.

This is when I started to call this approach Effortless Self-Compassion™

Goodbye self-criticism, welcome
Effortless Self-Compassion™

self-criticism, welcome

Soon I noticed how this newfound self-compassion was also having an effect on how I felt about the breakup. From the perspective of self-compassion, it was much easier to understand why I was reacting the way I did.

I no longer felt like there was something wrong with me for reacting so strongly and being so tormented by the breakup. It didn’t mean I was weak. It didn’t mean I was hopeless or should be ashamed.

While I was still crushed, now I had hope.

It was nice to have some inner peace again. Even though I still missed my ex, I was definitely more capable of coping with our breakup.

I was much calmer and no longer stuck. Instead of endlessly recycling the same thoughts, I started to find new perspectives. Bit by bit, the terrible emotions subsided and I started to feel like myself again.

In addition to making the breakup less painful, self-compassion also made the healing process quicker. It saved me from several months of agony.

At this point, I started to also share my insights about self-compassion with others. It turned out to be helpful for a myriad of situations. It reduced addictive behaviors, social anxiety, and difficult emotions in general.

See what my customers have to say:

"After one session with Juuso he managed to effortlessly guide me into seeing what was really causing the anxiety which turned out to be a deep held belief that I’ll never be good enough no matter how hard I try."

Here is what
Effortless Self-Compassion™
can do for you

When you get a break from the constant rumination, it often feels like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. You regain your hope and most importantly, you’ll view yourself in a much more positive way.

Effortless Self-Compassion™ works by giving you perspective and clarity on what exactly is bothering you about this breakup. By connecting with your emotions and taking a moment to listen to them without trying to change them, these emotions will start to change on their own.

Although the whole process of going through a breakup will take time, with Effortless Self-Compassion™ you don’t need to wait months to start feeling better. Self-compassion works almost instantly. Usually, a one-hour session is enough for us to feel significantly better and have more clarity on our situation.

Self-compassion will not take away all of the pain, nor should it. The emotional pain is there for a reason and it will not get completely wiped away.

If you are looking for a magic pill that will save you from the very natural pain of heartbreak, this approach is probably not for you. The pain will be less severe and it will be much more tolerable. Nevertheless, there will still be some pain.

What this approach can do, is significantly reduce the emotional pain we are unknowingly adding to the already painful experience of heartbreak. The pain is bad enough without us adding insult to injury by beating ourselves up.

Here are some benefits I have witnessed both personally and in sessions with my clients:

  • Start feeling better
  • Get perspective
  • Stop ruminating
  • Heal more quickly
  • Get more clarity and peace of mind
  • Learn the ability to listen to our emotions instead of avoiding them
  • Feel more alive and connected
  • Regain your hope
  • View yourself in a much more positive way.

Will this work for me?

We are all different and what works for one person might not work for someone else. This is actually a big problem with many of the one-size-fits-all breakup advice you may have read in breakup books or on the internet.

In contrast, self-compassion is about tuning into how you feel and what works for you.

Instead of giving advice, I help you to tap into your own self-compassion and inner wisdom.

You are the expert in your own internal experience. But before you can clearly see your own answers, you need to learn some self-compassion.

Like I said, regardless of what stage of grief you are at, self-compassion can give you perspective, clarity, and relief. For these reasons, I am confident learning self-compassion will allow you to feel better.

These self-compassion sessions are for anyone who:

  • is experiencing emotional pain related to a breakup or divorce
  • has been wounded by the “man or woman of their dreams”
  • is emotionally conflicted about a breakup or divorce (you might not know if you even want to get over your ex and move on)
  • is feeling guilty or ashamed for missing their ex
  • is struggling to move on or wants to understand why moving on has been so difficult
  • wants some perspective and relief from all the overwhelming emotions

If you find yourself in any of the above situations, I highly suggest you give this a go.

Try Effortless
Self-Compassion™ today

The absolutely best way to learn Effortless Self-Compassion™ is to experience it in a practical setting. When you sign up for an Effortless Self-Compassion™ session, we can skip all the theory. We can go straight into the good stuff and explore what exactly is disturbing you in your current situation.

Private sessions are basically a conversation. You are simply having this conversation with someone who knows a lot about self-compassion and how it develops naturally.

During the conversation, you get insights into how and why you have learned to be critical towards yourself. When you understand the reasons for your self-critical tendencies, they get replaced by self-compassion.

Our self-critical tendencies can cause us a lot of emotional turmoil. This is especially true when we are going through a breakup or divorce. As a result, we usually feel much better as soon as we get to experience self-compassion.

I charge $75 USD for a one-hour private session.

You don’t need to pay anything upfront. I will send you an invoice after the session.

"Juuso Voltti surprised me in his deep warmth and high skill level. I’ve received several sessions from him, and each time he is very thorough and patient in the process of listening and asking the right questions at the right time. I’m a very sensitive empathic type, so I’m keenly aware when someone is not present with me, Juuso really stayed present throughout the whole session until it naturally came to it’s own completion. His warmth, thoroughness, and skill brought all our sessions to places of deep resolution, peace, and reverential awe."

You have already taken the first steps!

This approach might not be for everyone. But I would bet this is a good fit for you. How do I know this?

Well, the fact that you are reading this page is proof that you are ready to do something about how you are feeling. This is a very good situation. You are already past the phase of trying to pretend the breakup didn’t happen and you are not simply avoiding your sorrow either.

It doesn’t mean you don’t miss your ex terribly. You might still occasionally (or constantly) have the urge to get in contact and wish you could get your ex back. This is all completely normal and a healthy part of the grieving process. Self-compassion will simply make this period shorter and much more tolerable.

Chances are, you are already sick and tired of the pain. You just don’t know what to do about it and how to relate to these overwhelming emotions. So let’s fix that. Let’s learn how to relate to the difficult emotions and allow them to resolve through self-compassion.

This is what I can help you with and what the private sessions are designed to do.

Seriously, if you are struggling with a breakup and tired of all the internet advice telling you to just “be gentle with yourself and move on” it is time to try something else. It is time to learn what it actually means to “be gentle with yourself” and why it has been so darn difficult to move on.

Let’s do this! How do I sign up? Simply fill out the form below.

Book your session now:

$75 USD for a one-hour session.

After filling out the form, I will contact you right away to schedule a time for your session.

See what my customers have to say:

“What is most profound about working with Juuso is the simplicity of the method. You just look at what's here now without any agenda, without any expectations, without anything to be achieved. Just look now, gently, to see what's here. I have no hesitation in recommending him as a facilitator."

Martin Coburn

Drogheda, Ireland

"Self-compassion has been one of the most important skills I have ever learned. I am looking forward to seeing how much it can help you!"

P.S. If you are still on the fence about investing $75 and one hour of your time, I would suggest considering the alternative. You might end up needlessly suffering emotional pain for months and possibly never again having the courage to start a new relationship.

P.P.S. As for the sessions, they are pretty much effortless. There is no pressure and no hurry. Self-compassion actually works better when we slow down a little a take our time.

P.P.P.S. Self-compassion isn't a technique or skill you need to practice. Instead, you naturally become self-compassionate as you learn to relate to your difficult emotions in a new way. You don’t really need to do anything. You only need to understand yourself and your emotions a little better. That's all!
